Quick recap

Bond and Felix Leiter capture drug lord Franz Sanchez on the way to Felix's wedding. Sanchez buys his way out, and his men murder Felix's bride, Della, and feed Felix to a shark. Bond wants revenge. M refuses and revokes his licence to kill, and Bond goes rogue. He travels to the Republic of Isthmus, worms his way into Sanchez's circle posing as a hired gun, and gets help from pilot Pam Bouvier and from Q, who shows up "on leave." Bit by bit, Bond turns Sanchez against his own men. The scheme: cocaine dissolved in gasoline, sold with help from televangelist Joe Butcher. In the tanker truck chase, Bond sets Sanchez on fire with the lighter Felix and Della gave him.
