Quick recap
Teacher Jackie Terwilliger wakes Sydney in the middle of the night and takes her to the desert to cast a spell. It shows that the teacher's older sister, a witch who hunts young magic users, is close by, and Sydney becomes a target. She goes with Adrian to Sonya and Mikhail's wedding, and things between them get more complicated. Sydney also tracks down Marcus Finch, who helps Alchemists leave the group. For him to break her tattoo, she has to prove the Alchemists work with the Warriors of Light, so she gets inside an Alchemist facility. After a showdown that ends in a fire, Sydney chooses to be with Adrian. Back at school, her younger sister Zoe is waiting.
