Quick recap

Sookie asks Eric to help find Bill, taken by werewolves to Russell Edgington, the vampire king of Mississippi. Bill pledges loyalty to Russell and breaks up with Sookie. Eric assigns the werewolf Alcide to protect her and learns Russell killed his family centuries ago. At the king's mansion, Lorena tortures Bill, and Sookie stakes her. Bill tells Sookie she's part fairy. Russell kills a news anchor on live TV and declares war on humans. Eric and Bill manage to bury Russell in concrete. In the end, Eric reveals that Queen Sophie-Anne sent Bill to win Sookie over. She throws both of them out of her life and accepts Claudine's invitation to the fairy world.
