Quick recap

In Wendlyn, Celaena is drowning in grief. Fae warrior Rowan Whitethorn takes her to train on the orders of Queen Maeve, who will only answer questions about the Wyrdkeys if Celaena masters her fire. Slowly, Celaena accepts that she is Aelin, heir of Terrasen, and with Rowan she defeats three Valg princes. In the capital, Chaol teams up with General Aedion against the king. Dorian hides his magic with help from the healer Sorscha; the king has her executed and puts Dorian under Valg control. Aedion is arrested. Far away, the witch Manon wins a contest among the clans and becomes leader of the aerial host. In the end, Aelin forces Maeve to free Rowan from his oath, wins his loyalty and heads back to Adarlan.
