Quick recap

Ciri tells her story to the knight Galahad, who finds her at a lake in another world. Held by the Aen Elle elves, she escapes with the unicorns' help. Geralt spends the winter in Toussaint with Fringilla, then learns where Vilgefortz is hiding. At Stygga Castle, Cahir, Milva, Regis and Angoulême die. Geralt kills Vilgefortz, and Ciri kills Bonhart. Emhyr arrives and reveals he's Ciri's father, but lets the three of them go. The war ends with the Peace of Cintra. In Rivia, Geralt is struck down in a pogrom against nonhumans, and Yennefer exhausts herself trying to save him. Ciri takes them both by boat to the Isle of Apples, in an open ending, and keeps traveling between worlds.
