Quick recap

Rick clashes with Pete, a resident who abuses his family. After Pete kills Regina, Douglas's wife, Rick executes him with the leader's blessing. Raiders attack and are beaten, and Douglas hands command to Rick. Soon after, a massive herd breaks through the wall. Douglas dies, Jessie and her son, Ron, are devoured while fleeing with Carl, and a stray bullet hits the boy in the face. Rick decides to stop running: Alexandria's residents take to the streets and fight the dead together, one by one, until the town is clear. The volume ends with victory and Carl in a coma, with no telling if he'll wake.
