Quick recap

Federal agent Brad Wolgast is tasked with taking a girl, Amy Bellafonte, to Project Noah, a secret lab testing a virus that could cure disease or wipe out humanity. He runs with her, but both end up at the project, and Amy is given the virus. Inside, test subjects like Tim Fanning and Shauna Babcock gain powers and plot their escape. In the end, Amy destroys the subjects' level, Major Sykes dies in the blast and Fanning lets Amy go. A month later, hiding in Oregon, Brad gets bitten. Amy gives him the last dose of the serum and leaves as missiles cross the sky. The final scene jumps to 2116, with Amy still alive.
