Millie is pregnant and about to marry Enzo at City Hall. It should be the happiest day of her life, but a stranger keeps calling to say he's watching her. Her dress no longer fits, and a tailor friend of Enzo's fixes it at the last minute. She suspects a bald man, who turns out to be Paul, the brother of a woman she once helped, and he ends up as their witness. Millie's mother calls to say she isn't coming and insults her on top of it. Enzo gives her a butterfly pin that belonged to his sister, Antonia. In the epilogue, he finds the caller and scares him off.
