Quick recap

Jude lives in the mortal world with Vivi, Vivi's girlfriend Heather, and Oak. Then Taryn shows up: she has killed Locke and asks Jude to take her place at the inquest, since Jude can't be glamoured. In disguise, Jude gets her sister off. Madoc captures her, allies with the Court of Teeth and marches on the High King. Jude realizes that, married to Cardan, she is queen and can end her own exile. At a parley, Cardan breaks the cursed crown and turns into a giant serpent. Jude refuses the Court of Teeth's golden bridle meant to control him, kills the serpent and fulfills a prophecy: Cardan is reborn, stronger. Madoc is spared and exiled. Jude and Cardan confess their love and rule together.
