The Expanse

The Rocinante crew scatters. Naomi goes after her son, Filip, and ends up in the hands of his father, Marco Inaros. Amos visits Earth, Alex heads back to Mars and teams up with Bobbie, and Holden stays on Tycho with journalist Monica Stuart. Marco's asteroids hit Earth and kill millions. A traitor kills Fred Johnson and steals the protomolecule. Naomi escapes and uses a fake distress call to warn Holden and Drummer of the trap. Bobbie rescues her, but Alex dies of a stroke during the burn. The Free Navy takes Medina Station, and something wakes up on Laconia.

1. Behind the scenesAlex's exit

   Cas Anvar was already out of S6 after misconduct allegations. Alex's death in the finale, which isn't in the book, was most likely put together in post-production.
