Quick recap

In Sicily, McCall kills a gangster and his men to recover money from a cyber-heist, but is shot in the back. An Italian marshal, Gio, rescues him and takes him to Altamonte, a village on the Amalfi Coast, where the local doctor treats him. McCall grows fond of the locals and tips off CIA officer Emma Collins about the winery's role in the drug trade. When the Quaranta brothers' Camorra threatens the village, McCall decides to protect its people. The finale has a raid on one brother's mansion and a football match.
