Quick recap

Ten days remain before the contest of champions between Dalinar and Odium, now held by Taravangian. Kaladin goes with Szeth to his homeland, Shinovar, to face corrupted bearers of the Heralds' blades, Szeth's own family among them. Adolin defends the city of Azimir from a siege. Shallan, Renarin and Rlain chase the secret of an ancient Unmade. Dalinar and Navani enter the Spiritual Realm and learn what Honor hid about the past. Odium wins on several fronts through political maneuvering, but humans and singers sign a peace treaty. On the tenth day, Dalinar gives up Honor's power and dies saving his grandnephew, Gavinor. Odium becomes Retribution.
