Quick recap

An ISIS suicide bombing kills 15 people in a Kansas City grocery store. The US government suspects the terrorists crossed from Mexico and sends CIA officer Matt Graver to do whatever it takes. Graver recruits the assassin Alejandro and plans to start a war between two cartels by kidnapping Isabel Reyes, a kingpin's daughter. But the operation spirals, Washington backs away, and Graver and Alejandro must decide what to do with the girl. The film centers on Alejandro, who already carried a heavy past.
