Quick recap

Europe, 1891. A run of bombings pushes France and Germany to the edge of war, and Holmes ties them to Professor James Moriarty, a brilliant mathematician who profits from chaos. Irene Adler gets caught in the crossfire. Watson is about to marry Mary, but Holmes drags him on a trip by train, through Paris and Germany, with the Romani fortune-teller Simza and brother Mycroft nearby. The target is a peace summit in Switzerland. Holmes and Moriarty face off over a game of chess, and the final fight ends with a fall into the Reichenbach Falls.
