Quick recap

Dying of cancer, John Kramer joins a support group and hears about an experimental treatment in Mexico run by Dr. Cecilia Pederson. He goes, has the surgery and comes home hopeful. Then he learns it was all staged, a scam aimed at desperate patients. With Amanda's help, John abducts Cecilia's crew and puts each one in a trap. Cecilia breaks free and flips the game, locking John, Amanda and a boy named Carlos in a drowning trap. John saw that coming. Cecilia and her partner Parker end up trapped in his place, and John moves on with the little time he has left.
