Quick recap

William Easton, a health insurance executive who denied John coverage, is abducted and tested: he has to choose which employees live. At the precinct, Hoffman fights to keep his cover while Agent Perez, still alive, and Agent Erickson close in. Jill opens John's box and finds envelopes with tasks. Flashbacks show Hoffman leaning on Amanda with a secret about Jill's clinic. At the end, William faces the family of a client he doomed, and the son pulls the lever. Hoffman kills Perez and Erickson and frames Strahm. Then Jill locks him in the bear trap. He escapes, scarred.
