Quick recap

The Sanctuary's Pope brands the Bronze Saints traitors and sends the Silver Saints to wipe them out. Misty of Lizard goes after Seiya, and more hunters follow. Shiryu faces Algol of Perseus, whose Medusa shield turns everything to stone, and blinds himself to win. Jamian of Crow kidnaps Saori, and an unexpected ally steps in. Marin, Seiya's teacher, and Shaina play key roles in the fights. Finally, the Pope sends Aiolia of Leo, a Gold Saint, to kill Pegasus in Japan. Seiya is no match for him, but Aiolia ends up realizing who Saori really is. Saori reveals she is Athena and decides to go to the Sanctuary to confront the Pope.

    The Cloths were inspired by illustrator Hajime Sorayama's book Sexy Robot (1983). Before that, Kurumada considered Buddhist monk robes.
