Quick recap

Will and Maddie are prisoners at the Chateau des Falaises, along with Prince Giles, and Lassigny tries to recruit them. When they're let out of the tower to exercise, they find allies nearby. Maddie beats Armand, the baron's knight, in a duel, and the humiliation drives Lassigny to sentence them both to death. Maddie gets Giles out of the castle through the rubbish chute, and Halt and Horace help with the escape. Lassigny gives chase and loses several riders to Ranger arrows at the causeway. Then he challenges Horace, the Oakleaf Knight. Horace knocks him off his horse, disarms him and spares his life. Lassigny tries to stab him in the back and goes down with three arrows: Will's, Halt's and Maddie's.
