Quick recap

Rambo lives in a Buddhist monastery in Thailand, fighting stick tournaments for cash, when Trautman asks for help on a mission in Afghanistan. Rambo says no. Trautman goes anyway, and Soviet colonel Zaysen captures and interrogates him. When Rambo hears, he travels to Afghanistan, where the mujahideen help him reach the Soviet fortress. He gets Trautman out, but the escape ends surrounded by troops and helicopters. With Trautman beside him and his Afghan allies, Rambo faces Zaysen's army in a final desert battle, and the two walk away together.
