Pokémon the Movie: Volcanion and the Mechanical Marvel

An explosion chains Ash to Volcanion with a magnetic link, and the two, who can't stand each other, have to stick together. Volcanion wants to rescue Magearna, an artificial Pokémon built centuries ago in the Azoth Kingdom. Minister Alva stole Magearna to use its Soul-Heart and turn the kingdom's castle into a flying fortress. Ash, Serena, Clemont, Bonnie and Princess Kimia join the fight. Alva rips out the Soul-Heart, and Magearna seems dead. In the final battle, Volcanion sacrifices itself to keep the fortress from crushing the plateau. Magearna comes back to itself, revives Volcanion with flower pollen, and Alva is defeated.

• Mid-credits In the credits, the plateau's Pokémon bury the fortress wreckage, the group returns to the Azoth Kingdom with Kimia and Raleigh, Bonnie proposes to Flamel on Clemont's behalf, and Kimia and Gardevoir find Alva tangled in a tree.
