Quick recap

Six weeks after losing Meg to Nero, Apollo, Leo, Calypso and the dragon Festus head for the Midwest. The Roman emperors want to control every oracle, and the second sits in Indianapolis. They reach the Waystation, a demigod refuge run by two former Hunters, where they hear about stolen griffins and a girl who lost her mind over a prophecy. Apollo has to face Emperor Commodus and enter the Oracle of Trophonius, and the price of drinking the waters of Memory and Forgetfulness is his sanity. Meg returns at just the right moment, and their friendship decides the rest.
