Quick recap

Killing a goddess wasn't enough. Proghon rules Untherak more brutally than ever, now backed by the Silent Ones, pale warriors who show no pain. The exiles, led by Raazi, cross the Degradação, a salt desert that seems to go on forever. Out there lives the last member of a forgotten people, who has been planning revenge for generations. Far from his friends, Aelian hides on Mount Ahtul with his falcon Bicofino and the giant beetle Thrul. He learns to manipulate the elements of flesh and soul and uncovers the true origin of the six races. The world is far bigger than they thought, and the truth about Untherak is even worse. The book wraps up the series begun in Filhos da Degradação.
