One Piece · Post-War Arc

Luffy wakes up shattered by Ace's death and hides on an island near Amazon Lily, where Jinbe helps him remember he still has his friends. A long flashback tells of his childhood with Ace and Sabo on Mt. Corvo, raised by the bandit Dadan on Garp's orders, and their brotherhood vow sealed with sake. Shanks buries Whitebeard and Ace. Rayleigh offers to train Luffy in Haki. Luffy returns to Marineford, rings the bell sixteen times and sends the crew a message hidden on his arm: the reunion will be two years later. Each crew member decides to train wherever they landed.
