Quick recap

The crew stops at Loguetown, where Gol D. Roger was born and executed. Everyone goes shopping: Zoro meets Sergeant Tashigi, who looks like a childhood friend, and leaves with two new swords, including the cursed Sandai Kitetsu. Luffy climbs Roger's execution platform, where Buggy and Alvida try to execute him. Lightning strikes the blade and saves him. Marine captain Smoker and his Smoke-Smoke Fruit corner Luffy, but a mysterious cloaked man steps in. In a storm, the crew escapes, makes a vow over a barrel and heads for the Grand Line.
