The Last: Naruto the Movie

Two years after the war, the moon starts falling toward Earth. Behind it is Toneri Ōtsutsuki, a descendant of Hamura, who wants to punish humanity for how it uses chakra. During the Rinne Festival, Hinata knits a red scarf to confess to Naruto but hesitates. Toneri kidnaps Hanabi and takes her eyes. Naruto, Hinata, Sakura, Shikamaru and Sai set out to rescue her, and Naruto realizes he loves Hinata. She agrees to marry Toneri to save her sister and destroy the Tenseigan. Naruto storms the castle on the moon, defeats Toneri and the moon returns to orbit. Hanabi gets her eyes back, and Naruto and Hinata confess and kiss. The credits show their wedding.

• Mid-credits During the credits, a montage shows Naruto and Hinata's wedding, with friends and family there to congratulate them.
• After the credits After the credits, Naruto and Hinata are married and at home with their two kids, Boruto and Himawari. It's the children's first animated appearance.

   Hinata knits a red scarf to confess to Naruto. Kishimoto took the idea from something his wife actually did for him, which got a laugh from the staff.
