Spoilers for this title

Quick recap

Kawaki, the boy with the Karma mark, recalls how Jigen, Kara's leader, adopted him, and escapes. Naruto takes him in with the Uzumakis, and he slowly warms up to the family. Kara sends Delta and then Jigen himself to the village; Naruto and Sasuke take on Jigen, and Naruto ends up trapped in another dimension. Team 7 goes to rescue him and faces Boro, while Momoshiki surfaces through Boruto's body. Jigen turns out to be Isshiki Ōtsutsuki. To beat him, Naruto accepts Baryon Mode, which costs Kurama his life. Kawaki tricks Isshiki and defeats him, but Momoshiki, in control of Boruto, destroys Sasuke's Rinnegan, and Code, Isshiki's ally, vows revenge.
