Quick recap

Retired and working as a private eye, Bosch can't shake a case from four years earlier: the death of Angella Benton, a production assistant at a film studio. Soon after, two million dollars vanished in a robbery on a film set, and nothing was ever solved. Without a badge, Bosch re-interviews old colleagues and follows the money. The FBI shows up, since some of the cash may have reached an extremist group, and agent Roy Lindell tries to push him aside. Bosch finds out who killed Angella and who took the money, at a personal cost. In the end, he also learns he has a daughter with Eleanor Wish, Maddie, and his life takes a new direction.
