Julien sells a love potion on Valentine's Day
Not required. It's left out of the main story but is part of the full chronological order.
Julien finds a love potion and starts selling it to the watering hole's animals. Marty drinks it and becomes irresistible to every female. Skipper and the penguins mount a rescue mission for Skipper's girlfriend, a doll. Meanwhile Melman tries to make his first Valentine's Day with Gloria special. The story appears to take place somewhere before the end of Madagascar 2.
Madly Madagascar came out straight to DVD on January 29, 2013, with a Valentine's Day theme and the series' main characters.
