Quick recap

Destro, the world's top arms dealer, is attacked at an arms fair and blames twins Tomax and Xamot of Extensive Enterprises. The two sides make a deal: whoever wins takes the other's company. In Scotland, at his family's tomb, Destro is ambushed by the sniper Chameleon, loses the fight and escapes on foot. Scrap-Iron works out that a third party is behind the attacks. Destro lets his enemies think he's dead, corners Chameleon, and she reveals a sentient A.I. orchestrated everything. Meanwhile the twins take over M.A.R.S. and partner with Cobra Commander. In the end, Destro resurfaces, beats the twins in front of the Commander and proposes an alliance against the robots said to be behind Energon.
