Quick recap

Three years later, Elsa starts hearing a voice no one else can. Answering it wakes the spirits of the Enchanted Forest, and Arendelle has to be evacuated. Elsa, Anna, Kristoff, Sven and Olaf head north and find the Northuldra trapped in the mist for 34 years. Elsa tames the wind, fire and water spirits and learns her mother, Iduna, was Northuldra. At Ahtohallan Elsa sees that her grandfather, Runeard, built the dam to deceive the Northuldra. She freezes for going too deep, and Olaf fades away. Anna lures the Earth Giants into smashing the dam. Elsa thaws, saves Arendelle from the flood and brings Olaf back. Anna becomes queen and says yes to Kristoff; Elsa stays in the forest as the fifth spirit.
