Quick recap

A year after Flight 180, Kimberly Corman is driving with friends when she sees a massive pileup on Route 23. She blocks the on-ramp, and a handful of drivers are spared. Soon they start dying. Kimberly tracks down Clear Rivers, who has committed herself to a psychiatric hospital to stay safe. They learn that every survivor was only alive because of something tied to Flight 180. William Bludworth tells them new life can break Death's design, so they race to protect a pregnant woman. Clear dies in an explosion. Kimberly drowns herself on purpose, gets revived, and believes that set her free. In the final scene, a barbecue goes very wrong for another survivor.
