Quick recap

Hunting a drug dealer, Dexter accidentally kills Oscar Prado, brother of prosecutor Miguel Prado. Miguel learns part of the truth, covers up the dealer's death and becomes Dexter's friend. The two start killing together, until Miguel murders defense attorney Ellen Wolf on his own and makes clear he'd been playing Dexter from the start. Miguel plans to kill LaGuerta, but Dexter gets him first, confesses he killed Oscar and kills him, staging it as the work of the Skinner, a killer loose in Miami. The night before the wedding, the Skinner, George King, captures Dexter, who escapes and kills him. Dexter marries Rita, who is pregnant. Debra chases her detective's shield.
