Quick recap

Ten years later, Dexter lives in Iron Lake, upstate New York, as Jim Lindsay. He dates police chief Angela Bishop and hasn't killed in years. The voice in his head now belongs to Debra. Harrison, his teenage son, turns up in town. Dexter kills Matt Caldwell and ends up discovering that Matt's father, Kurt, is a serial killer who keeps his victims in a bunker. Dexter kills Kurt, but Angela pieces the clues together and arrests him as the Bay Harbor Butcher. Escaping, he kills Sergeant Logan, and Harrison confronts him. Dexter decides his son can only live a normal life without him and asks Harrison to shoot. Angela sends the boy away.
