Quick recap

The miniseries runs on two timelines. In her youth, Charlotte, a German princess, arrives in London to marry King George III, whom she has never met. The marriage cools when she realizes he's hiding a mental illness. Their union opens high society to Black families, the "Great Experiment," and young Agatha, the future Lady Danbury, claims her place. In the present, after Princess Charlotte's death, the queen pushes her children to produce an heir, with help from Violet Bridgerton. In the past, Charlotte gives birth to a son with George at her side, and they reconcile. In the present, Princess Victoria is pregnant, and the line goes on.
