Quick recap

Paris during World War I. Captain Patrice Belval, wounded at the front, saves his former nurse, whom he calls Little Mother Coralie, from a street attack. He falls for her and learns she's caught in a plot over millions of francs in gold meant to be smuggled out of the country. Belval gathers a band of disabled veterans to investigate, but the clues lead to murders, to a past tied to his own family and to a very dangerous enemy. When things look lost, Don Luis Perenna, who is Lupin, steps in to untangle it.
