Quick recap

Three months after the disastrous mission to the Ilha dos Dissidentes, Sybil Varuna keeps a secret that haunts her dreams and puts the people she loves at risk. The political crisis deepens and civil war seems close. Access to the Special Cities is cut off, Anomalies can no longer move freely and live under police watch. The União's consul wants to strip rights from anyone he doesn't consider human. Hospitals close and shortages reach the basics, to the point that people trade samples of their own blood for food. Sybil becomes a pawn for Senator Fenrir, who defends Anomalies with arguments that sound fair and methods that don't. Among factions with different ideas of justice, she and her friends must figure out who the Anomalies' real enemy is.
