Quick recap

Someone puts half a million dollars, then a million, on Anita's head, and professional killers descend on St. Louis. She calls in Edward to find out who is paying. Meanwhile, the werewolf pack is boiling over: Marcus, the leader, and Raina want Richard gone, and Richard refuses to kill to take over. Anita survives several attempts and uncovers who is behind the contract. In the fight for the pack, Richard beats Marcus, and Anita kills Raina. To save Richard and Jean-Claude, she agrees to bind the three of them through the marks. Anita sleeps with Jean-Claude for the first time and, after seeing Richard eat flesh in wolf form, pulls away.
