Bill learns he caught Hep-V by drinking from Sookie. Sarah Newlin takes the antidote and becomes a walking cure, and Eric is cured by drinking from her. Bill refuses the cure, marries Jessica off to Hoyt and asks Sookie to end him. In the end, she stakes him in his Civil War-era grave. Four years later, Eric and Pam are rich selling the cure, Sarah is locked in Fangtasia's basement, and a married, pregnant Sookie hosts everyone for Thanksgiving.
