Quick recap

1805. Sharpe sails home from India aboard the Calliope to join the 95th Rifles. He helps Captain Joel Chase recover stolen money, and Chase is ordered to hunt the French ship Revenant. Aboard are Lord Hale, his wife Lady Grace and the renegade Pohlmann, posing as a baron. Sharpe has an affair with Lady Grace and kills the secretary who tries to blackmail her. The Revenant captures the Calliope, but Sharpe cuts the tiller ropes and Chase retakes her. Lady Grace tells Sharpe she's pregnant. At Trafalgar, the Revenant is taken, Pohlmann is killed and Sharpe throws the French agent overboard. Lord Hale threatens to kill his wife, and she kills him. Sharpe moves the body on deck so it looks like a battle death.
