Quick recap

Langdon wakes up in a Florence hospital with a head wound and no memory of the past few days. Dr. Sienna Brooks helps him escape an assassin. In his pocket is a projector showing Botticelli's Map of Hell, the first clue left by billionaire Bertrand Zobrist, who built a virus that could kill half of humanity. The trail runs through Dante's death mask and on to Venice and Istanbul. There, Sienna reveals she was Zobrist's lover and wants to release the virus. Sims, of the Consortium, admits the amnesia was induced. In the Basilica Cistern, Sienna sets off the blast, but the WHO's Elizabeth Sinskey has already contained the virus. Langdon returns the mask to Florence.
