Quick recap

Physicist Leonardo Vetra is murdered at CERN, his chest branded with an Illuminati ambigram, and a sample of antimatter goes missing. Langdon and Vittoria, Vetra's adopted daughter, learn it's hidden in the Vatican in the middle of a conclave. The four leading cardinals have been kidnapped by an assassin working for Janus, and Langdon follows the altars of science across Rome without saving any of them. CERN director Kohler dies, leaving behind a video. Camerlengo Ventresca flies the antimatter off in a helicopter; Langdon jumps with a tarp and lands in the Tiber. The video shows that Ventresca is Janus and the late Pope's biological son. He sets himself on fire, and Mortati is elected pope.
