A stop-motion series outside the anime's continuity. Haru, a young woman burned out by city work, becomes a concierge at the Pokémon Resort, a quiet island where Pokémon go on vacation. She knows nothing about Pokémon at first, but befriends a nervous Psyduck and slowly learns to look after the guests with help from coworkers Watanabe, Tyler and Alisa. Each episode brings a Pokémon with a small problem, like a Pikachu lacking confidence, and Haru finds that helping others also helps her find herself. The newer episodes give Haru more responsibility at the resort and test her friendship with Psyduck.
