A short adapting manga Chapter 0, written by Oda as a prelude to One Piece Film: Strong World. It goes back more than twenty years: Shiki the Golden Lion offers Gol D. Roger an alliance to rule the world, and Roger turns him down. After Roger surrenders and is executed, Shiki attacks the Marines on his own, fights Sengoku and Garp, and ends up in Impel Down. He becomes the first ever to escape the prison, cutting off his own legs to get free of the chains. The takeaway: Shiki is loose and coming back.
