Quick recap
Filler arc. On Ruluka Island, the crew meets scientist Henzo, who has spent fifty years studying the Rainbow Mist, a patch of sea where time barely moves. Luffy and part of the crew go in and find a ship graveyard and the Pumpkin Pirates, kids trapped there since the pirate Wetton attacked their ship. Wetton is now the island's greedy mayor. He invades the mist for its treasures and traps everyone inside. The kids' leader, Lapanui, stays behind and blows up the armory, opening the way out. Outside the mist, Lapanui is an old man, and Wetton ends up arrested.
