Quick recap
A 34-minute OVA from 2008, based on the first version of Romance Dawn, the 1996 one-shot where Oda tried out Luffy before the series. Outside the timeline, it shows a Luffy who already has a crew arriving in a town and meeting Silk, a young woman for whom the real treasure is the town she grew up in. When the pirate Crescent Moon Gally attacks, Luffy jumps in, defeats Gally and protects Silk's treasure. It's a curiosity for anyone who wants to see where the idea for One Piece came from.
