Quick recap
A 2012 TV special, non-canon, with its own story. The Straw Hats wash up on Hand Island and meet Diego, an old wax sculptor. The island suffers under Commodore Bilić, who forced the locals to build a giant cannon and then turned it on them, holding families hostage. Diego's son Regis is jailed for resisting. Luffy, Sanji and Usopp break into the base to free him, while Koby and Helmeppo gather evidence against the commodore. Luffy beats Bilić, and Koby uses a wax dummy of Admiral Kizaru to arrest him. The crew sails off and accidentally leaves Zoro behind.
