Filler arc. At night, the pirate Breed raids the Sunny and kidnaps Caesar Clown, taking him to an island-sized ship. Luffy, Law and Chopper give chase in the Shark Submerge III. Breed ate the Pet-Pet Fruit: anyone wearing one of his collars obeys him, and that's how he controls fighting animals, including a Kung-Fu Dugong that was Luffy's disciple in Alabasta. Chopper, Luffy and Law end up under his control, and Breed makes them fight each other. The dugong knocks them into the sea, but they come back. Law finds the weakness: victims have to hear Breed's voice. Luffy and the dugong take him down together.
