Quick recap
Team 7 escorts Shibuki, the new leader of the Hidden Waterfall Village, who took over after his father's death and seems too much of a coward for the job. Soon after they arrive, Rain Village rogues led by Suien, Shibuki's old teacher, raid the village for the Hero Water, which grants huge chakra but shortens your life. Sasuke and Sakura are captured. Naruto fights alone and takes a beating, and his stubbornness convinces Shibuki to face his fear and drink the water. Suien drinks it too and turns the fight around. Naruto, drawing on the Fox's chakra, and Sasuke, with his Sharingan, beat Suien together, and the village is safe.
