The first Shippuden movie. Shion, a priestess who sees the future, predicts that Naruto will die. She is the only one who can seal Mōryō, a demon that has possessed a man named Yomi and awakened an army of stone. Naruto, Sakura, Lee, and Neji escort Shion to the shrine holding the demon's body, fending off assassins while she treats Naruto with cold fatalism. At the temple, Yomi tricks her and Mōryō gets his body back. Shion tries to sacrifice herself to change Naruto's fate, but he stops her, and the two combine their chakra into a Rasengan that destroys the demon. In the end, Shion asks Naruto a favor with a double meaning.
