Gaara gives a speech that unites the Alliance, and war breaks out on several fronts. Kabuto unleashes an army of reanimated dead, and everyone has to face someone they lost: Team 10 faces Asuma, Kankurō faces Sasori, Kakashi meets Zabuza and Haku again. On the island, Naruto realizes he's being hidden and breaks out with Killer B for the battlefield, sending clones to every front. On the way, the two run into a reanimated Nagato and Itachi. Itachi breaks Kabuto's control with a trick he once planted in Naruto, helps seal Nagato and sets off alone to stop Kabuto.
